Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with thetriworld.com to be as perfect as possible. In case of damage or Manufacturing defect you may get in touch within 48 hours . To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following

  • Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them. Return/Exchange will only be possible if its in unused and sellable condition .
  • Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
  • Electronics, bottles and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
  • Have the tags still attached to the product as before
  • Have original, unripped packaging (the courier bag may be ripped)
  • Be in resellable condition

thetriworld.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the product received is the incorrect product. If you received free shipping on your order and you are returning part or the whole order, we will issue you a refund minus our cost of shipping the order to you. (This is usually based on the size of your order.)

For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a thetriworld.com coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year or we will issue them a cheque. Refund amount will be equal to amount paid minus any charges incurred by us (Payment gateway + Shopify charges + Courier Charges )

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy :

There is no exchange / returns on products sold at a discount . We can exchange as per above and below terms only if product is purchased at MRP . There won't be any exchange of size on products on offer . Please reach out to us if you are not sure about your size before ordering .

Cancellation policy:

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable. There will be some cancellation charges .
