Why Caffeine: caffeine reduces your fatigue (also known as reducing perceived sense of exertion) and so it is an athlete's best friend. Ascend Lime CAF has 100mg of caffeine per gel, exactly what you need during your workout.
Who Is It For:the Ascend energy gel (Lime CAF) is suitable for any workouts lasting 60 minutes or more. You should use Lime CAF and Cola Fresh (non CAF) alternatively. This means, one gel should be taken a few minutes before starting to workout and then repeat every 30 to 45 minutes during the workout.
The gel provides youquick energy, reduces fatigue and is most popular for consumption during endurance sports - running, cycling, swimming, hiking, trekking or during long workout sessions of almost any sport where you need continuous energy.
How to take:you can consume the gel in one go or sip through every few minutes. A few athletes prefer drinking water after gels but some do not take anything after - it is a personal choice. You can take the gels empty stomach as well.
