Take 2 capsules with lunch and 2 capsules with dinner. Splitting the dose between meals maintains plasma Monacolin K through the periods of cholesterol synthesis (which peaks overnight). Take with food to improve absorption and GI tolerance. Continue for at least 8–12 weeks to assess lipid response with a fasting lipid panel.

Loading Period: 8–12 weeks for full lipid response

LDL reduction is observable from week 4 with measurable shifts by 8–12 weeks. Continue daily use for sustained benefit; discontinuation typically results in return to baseline lipid levels within weeks.
